Again what are the parameters: how long, how often etc. I always recommended short periods of icing, 7-8 mins, to reduce bleeding. Not so much re pain or inflammation. If it was very swollen skill few days later, longer periods of 15 mins to increase circulation. As with so many things we could go again from extreme to the other…..
