The Douglas Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic was established in 1986 in Douglas West, Cork. Martin van Hoppe, MISCP MCSP is the resident, chartered physiotherapist and a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapy. He graduated from the Haarlemse Academie voor Fysiotherapie in the Netherlands in 1983. His first employment was in various hospitals in the Netherlands and after he emigrated to Ireland, in the Cork and Kerry areas. Appointments are strictly on a one to one basis and there is plenty time to discuss treatment "goals".
