The best warm-up is to mimick what you’re actually going to do: run, swim, cycle, lift weights etc but in a easy and controlled fashion. You’re telling your body what’s going to happen and it gets ready. Maybe some specific movements your body finds difficult because of injury or technique. Foam rolling is just self-massage….
