😨This is actual footage from one of our patients in the emergency department.😨
He fell of his bike sideways and suffered an external rotation trauma of the ankle which led to a complex fibula fracture and hairline fracture in the tibia.

Salute to his bravery as his talus was repositioned without narcosis or even any pain medication (which is actually crazy!) 💪👏
